Eatery & Bar

Vespa Rossa is an eatery and bar opening in Dripping Springs, Texas providing a casual counter service experience in a family-oriented atmosphere. The food menu consists of a selection of American-Italian cuisine where everything is made from scratch with as many local Texas ingredients as possible. The bar offers a well curated selection of wines and cocktails made with creativity and  always with fresh ingredients. 

This new eatery and bar is owned and operated by Ryan Samson and Daniel Brooks the chef and owners of Vespaio Ristorante that has been serving the Austin community since 1998.

We will be offering private dining experiences and off premise catering for any style of event that you are looking to host.
