Nestled between Belterra and downtown Dripping Springs, owners Ryan Samson and Daniel Brooks — the creative minds behind Austin favorites Vespaio Ristorante, Chapulin Cantina, and Licha’s Cantina — have saddled up to bring the soul of Italy to the heart of Texas.

We’re a casual, counter-service, family-friendly joint where scratch-made pastas, hand-stretched pizzas, fresh-baked bread, decadent desserts, and slow-smoked Texas brisket, pork, and sausage deliciously coexist.
